Job Title: Software Implementation Assistant
Job Description
 Train users on use of software package implemented  Gather setup and background info of our clients
 Compile setup excel sheet and transmit to development team for system setup  Document issue log and transmit information to Development team  Liaise directly with clients for User issues resolution
 Follow up work in progress and head the implementation team
Required Skills
 Training skills
 Can speak both French and English  Knowledge is IT systems( a plus )  Good interpersonal skill  Good excel knowledge  Quick leaner
 Can adapt to diversed environment
Qualification Required
 A t least a first degree or equivalent certificate  Certification in IT is a plus
