PROFILE
- HAVE AT LEAST 2 + BAC SECRETARIAT IN MANAGEMENT
-Very good experience in a similar position;
- Have accounting knowledge
- Missions:
a) Secretariat: Administrative Writing, monitoring correspondence, management and screening calls, reception, recording and reporting of internal and external records, filing and archiving files; management appointments and agendas, welcome reception and orientation of users , sending, receiving and processing emails;
b) Office: Entering and fast text processing and other correspondence, design and drafting correspondence;
c) Accounting: Keeping current cash expenditures, implementation and monitoring of computerized accounting system of the company.
- Miscellaneous:
a) Computers: Have a perfect mastery of common software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Outlook, Internet Explorer, MOZILLA FIREFOX, SKYPE)
b) Be able to work under pressure; Being worker, Helpful, and versatile when needed
c) Be Perfectly bilingual French -
